Please Note a 50% Non refunable deposit will be required for all appointments. For Gift Vouchers bookings these can be used to pay your deposits.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Treatments must be booked and redeemed within the voucher’s validity period. Please allow plenty of time when arranging your appointment, particularly during busy periods, as availability cannot be guaranteed close to the expiry date.
If you attend an appointment but do not present/use your gift voucher and instead pay by another method, the voucher will remain valid only until its original expiry date.
Unfortunately, expired vouchers cannot be accepted or extended.
Please check the expiry date when you receive your voucher and contact me in good time if you would like to arrange your treatment. Thank you for your understanding.
