Skin Testing & Cancellation Policy

At Rebecca H Salons we pride ourselves on providing the best service and experience possible. We have updated our Salon Policies to ensure this.  Please read all of the following information very carefully.
 
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SKIN TEST IS VALID FOR ALL COLOUR APPOINTMENTS.
 

FOR ALL COLOUR SERVICES PLEASE CHECK THE FOLLOWING;

Please read the following criteria regarding allergy/skin testing, If any of the following apply to you, you must arrange a new allergy/skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment.;
If it has been more than 6 months since your last hair colour with us.
If it has been more than a year since your last allergy/skin test with us.
If you have been using hair colour at home since your last appointment with us
If you intend on having a colour change
If you have experienced any sensitivities, allergic reactions to hair colourant or tattoo (including Henna or SPMU) or are taking allergy medication
If you have had COVID 19 recently
If you have any concerns or are unsure if you need to be tested please contact the salon.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change last minute so ask that you please give us as much notice as possible when cancelling your appointment. To cancel your appointment please call us on 02380338676.
If you fail to let us know that you are unable to attend your appointment (no-show) we will apply a 50% surcharge on your next visit. 
As a small business we really appreciate being given notice so that we can try and fill your appointment so many thanks in advance!
